Sales Policy
All items are subject to prior sale, please inquire if the item you are interested in is still available. If the item is available, we will inform you via email. The item will be held for 24 hours from that email to allow you time to confirm purchase.

Buyer pays actual shipping costs, including insurance, which is required on all shipments.
If shipping and insurance is not included or is understated on the original invoice, an additional invoice will be
sent to cover these costs. The items will not be shipped until all invoices for the items are paid.

Massachusetts residents must include 6.25% sales tax.

All payments must be received no later than 5 business days after request for payment has been sent. PayPal is accepted only on items priced $1500.00 and under.

Items will be held until funds clear when using money orders, personal checks and wire transfers. If using PayPal (confirmed addresses only, please), items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment of invoice.

Shipping damage and loss

We go to great care to ensure your package arrives safely. In the event that your package is damaged or lost, you (the Buyer), must notify the carrier and initiate any insurance claims.
Be sure to save the item and all packing materials for inspection by the carrier.
We will assist by providing any necessary documentation requested by the carrier.

Domestic Return Policy

We will allow returns for items that are not as described. Buyer must notify me within 72 hours of the receipt of the item, via email, of their intent to return. Upon authorization, the item must then be returned within 3 business days, at the buyers expense, in the condition received, with all identification and tags intact,via USPS Priority/Insured/Delivery Confirmation, for a refund of the purchase price. Unauthorized or significantly late returns will be refused.

Removal of tags, damage or alterations of any kind will void the refund.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

A 5% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

International Return Policy

We are sorry, but due to U.S. Customs Regulations and Tariffs, we are unable to offer refund privileges to our international customers
