Absolutely beautiful, and stunning tall table lamp for your home! This lamp will be a focal point in any room.
This lamp is tall at 38.5 inches (97.8 cm) from the base to the top of the finial. The lovely gold corded (cordonato d'oro) glass makes up a full 22 inches (55.9 cm)of the height! The rest of the height is comprised of the original hardware for the lamp, and is in excellent condition.
Each section of the glass is in perfect condition, with no cracks, chips or repairs. The ruffled, ribbed glass base is 8 inches (20.3 cm) in diameter, topped by two graduated, ribbed spheres, each separated by short corseted glass spacers, culminating in a tapering column, all blown of the same beautiful gold corded glass of which Barovier & Toso was renowned for making.
One ruffle of the base was worked slightly higher than the others to allow the cord to pass beneath and allow the lamp to stay level on the table, a very nice feature on this type of Murano lamp.
The lamp base retains it's original Camer Glass of New York paper importers label. The label reads Camer Glass/New York/hand written Model numbers/Made in Italy.
The lamp is in working order and is ready for the shade of your choice to make it a part of your home.
