| Culture: Egyptian. Date: 545 - 30 B.C. (Late Period). Medium: Amethyst, carnelian, faience, lapis lazuli, glass, and gold beads. Condition: Re strung with modern clasp and spacer gold beads, wearable. Provenance: Ex: Private European collection. Measurements: 23 in. Long (58.4 cm). This exceptional necklace consists of three gold pendants, one is a falcon, the other is of a vulture, the third is a head of Hathor, also include is two fly amulets in carnelian, one uraeus amulet in lapis lazuli, one blue faience amulet of Bes, one pale blue faience or glass amulet of a crown, three diety amulets in glass, six inscribed amulets, four arrow shaped amulets, the reast are amethyst beads. A beautiful and wearable necklace.
