I am selling an old North Carolina, Catawba Valley bowl made by Hilton Pottery. I believe the bowl is an early piece thrown & decorated by Ernest Auburn(Auby) Hilton (1878-1948) and his wife, Clara Maude Hilton (1885-1969), probably around the 1930’s or 1940’s. The bowl is approximately 5 ¾” in diameter and 2 ¼” tall. The condition is very good with two very small minor glaze flakes on the rim(see photos) and a short almost invisible hairline(less than ½“ long), no other issues. Insured ...click for details

I am selling a rare Waymon Cole Pottery umbrella stand, finished with a beautiful cobalt blue glaze. Waymon Cole(1905-1987) was the son of Jacon B. At a young age, Waymon started throwing pots along with his sister, Nell Cole Graves(1907-1997) at their fathers pottery workshop in Seagrove, North Carolina. The pot is approximately 16 ¾” tall and 8 ¼” across the rim. The condition is excellent without any chips, cracks or restoration. The b ...click for details
