Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping on small items costs between $6.00 and $10.00 this is for Airmail
from Australia (7 to 14 days to US & UK). Shipping for larger or more valuable
items costs between $45 and $120 depending upon weight and value (3 to 7 Days to
US & UK). Please email us for an exact quote on shipping of your antiquity.
Please note some items include shipping and handling; if this is the case they
are clearly marked in the price box as ' includes shipping'.
Q. What currency are your prices?
A. All prices are quoted in USD - United States Dollars. You can covert to your
local currency at www.xe.com .
Q. Do you combine shipping if I buy more than one item?
A. Yes, but not on pottery or delicate items, we guarantee delivery, so we also
ensure that every single item is packed in the safest possible way.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We prefer Paypal ( www.paypal.com ) and
will also accept USD or AUD cash for small amounts if well concealed in a normal
envelope.
We are unable to accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks from outside Australia.
We will accept Western Union or Moneygram payments as well as Wire Transfers for
large amounts.
Q. Do you guarantee authenticity of the items you sell?
A. Yes, in addition to our 100% Authenticity Guarantee, we also Guarantee
Satisfaction or we will refund 100% of the item price on return in the same
condition as sold.
Our 100% Guarantee of Authenticity provides a complete refund of the item price
if at anytime you reasonably believe that the item is not authentic as described.
All of our antiquities and ancient coins are carefully examined to ensure
authenticity, including where required by external experts in their field.
This enables us to provide our rock solid Guarantee of Authenticity for

Q. Do you provide a Certificate of Authenticity?
A. Yes, we are able to provide Photographic Certificates of Authenticity for
items that exceed US$200 on request by the original buyer.
We do not provide COAs for low priced antiquities and ancient coins, due to the
high processing costs.
Having said this, every single item we sell, with certificate or not is
Guaranteed Authentic for eternity with a 100% money back guarantee on the price
of every item.
Q. Can you tell me the names of your dealers in Jerusalem?
A. Believe it or not we get asked this question every couple of weeks. The
answer of course is no.
We have worked for many years to find and partner with the very best Licensed
Antiquity Dealers in Israel, so we will not disclose our sources to our
competitors.
Q. Do you buy antiquities or ancient coins from private collections?
A. We will consider any collections that we are offered, but we prefer collections
with good provenance as items or collections without provenance require third
party examination.
Q. Do you provide a pick up service?
A. No, under no circumstances will we allow you to pick up your purchase. We are
a mail order only business and do not have storefront facilities.
If you live in Bendigo you will receive your item by mail the same as if you
live in Los Angeles, USA.
Q. Are you a registered business?
A. Yes we are an Australian Registered Company. Our Australian Company
Number is 082 879 089 and our Australian Business Number (for taxation
purposes) is 66 799 794 770.
