From the days before houses could afford glass windows, the more affluent along the coast of the Meditterranean would use stone windows. This is such an example. Sandstone, ca 13th century, with central fleur de lis, and once painted a lovely shade of light sea blue. 28-1/8"W x 21-1/2"T x 3-1/2"D, excellent.
