Description: With a visual presence that is second to none, this bold amalgamation of varied shaped and sized semi-precious stones and Russian gold gilt findings is a stunning hand-assembled Seventies oeuvre by Larry Vrba for Miriam Haskell. A definite divergence from traditional Haskell design, this opera length composition is a visually piercing haute heavyweight (literally and figuratively speaking) from its antiqued Russian gold gilt paper clip chain (courtesy Janvier, Prat & Joseph) to its regal assemblage of rock crystal, carnelian, amethyst, bloodstone, aventurine, and mother-of-pearl suspended in almost vertical unison. Brand: Miriam Haskell. Designer: Larry Vrba. Period: 1970s. Marks: 'PATENT 3427691' and 'MIRIAM HASKELL' on oval cartouche and clasp. Condition: Excellent. Dimensions: 30 3/4" length.
