A nice old bamboo dice cup with a black and gold lacquer painting of three boys and lotus pods. Similar to a bitong but with flared top to facilitate throwing dice. 18th/19th century. 4 1/2 inches high, (11.5cm). Has one crack as shown in the photos
This is an interesting and unusual inkstone dating from the 19th century. The face has a nicely carved dragon while the reverse side is carved in a mold pattern. Measures 7 x 4 5/8 x 1 1/4 inches (17.8 x 12 x 3.2cm)
This is a very nice simple bamboo brushpot with good age. I estimate 100 - 150 years. Measures 5.7 inches high (14.5cm) and 5 inches in diameter (12.8cm). It has the standard plug in the bottom.
