This is a Japanese Thangka depicting a central standing Buddha, two Bodhisattva attendants and portraits of the two donors at the bottom. It dates from the mid Edo Period. Losses and damages, more photos available. The painting measures 31 inches high by 14 1/2 inches wide, (79 x 37cm) and 54 x 19 inches in the silk mounting. (137 x 49 cm)
