Covered boxes in the category of Minyao or peoples wares pieces which were commercially produced for export. Each box is nicely decorated with flower motifs. It was found from a shipwreck in the South China Sea. The similar boxes were found from a shipwreck called "The Ca Mau Shipwreck" in the South China Sea, which was later dated 1723-1735.
