Tang Dynasty Pottery Rider on Horse with OXFORD Test

the horse standing straight with head slightly lowered, pricked ears and a pointed tail, the rider sitting on a saddle cloth, wearing long robe, hair tied up into a chignon, with left hand lifted. Thermoluminescence test from Oxford is included.

Age: China, Tang Dynasty, circa A.D. 618-907
Measurement: Height 43.5 C.M. / Length 41.5 C.M.
Condition: Well-preserved old burial condition overall with some amount of soil adherings (some abrasions and wearings on the piece due to the long burial time underground). Please refer to the enlargement photos for more details.
