This very fine berry dish is impressively decorated in a gilt lattice design on a brilliant, clear ground, very like the famous Sevres apple-green glaze. A delicately rendered bouquet graces the center.Measuring approximately nine inches by 9-3/4 inches, it is excellent condition, with only minimal wear on the raised portion of the inner bowl.
This elegant heart-shaped example of lustrous English soft paste bears the underglaze blue "S" (for Salopian) of Thomas Turner's Caughley Works, 1775 to 1790. In excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, and just normal wear to the gilding, it measures eight inches by 10-7/8 by 1-3/8 inches deep.
Very much in the Chinese Export style is this early Nineteenth Century porcelain plate from the Davenport factory. The pure white ground is highlighted by colorful bunches of flowers, and a gilded lambrequin border echoes the gilded rim. The marks are a script “Davenport” and an inventory number, “162.” Mint condition, approximately nine inches in diameter.
