This is an Annamese Blue and White water dropper in the shape of elephant from 15th - early 16th century, found in shipwreck. It was export ware to South East Asian Region, can be in many form eg. elephant, frog, monkey, tortoise, fish, and etcs. This is an antique Iban Sungkit made of hand spun cotton from Sarawak, East Malaysia/Borneo Island. Hand woven in circa 1910s by Iban Lady Artisan. Textile weaving art is like the women warpath in Iban society synonimous with the Iban men's headhunting ritual in olden times.
