This very well carved gold gilt wood Buddha (Japanese name is Amida Nyorai or Amida Butsu.) is 18 ½ high, 7 wide and 6 thick (including base), the Buddha is 11 Ύ high, 3 ½ wide and 3 thick. It is a mid or late 18th century piece. His right hand facing outward means wisdom and his left hand facing downward means compassion. The halo on the back is missing. Aside from missing small pieces on the base and gold gilt lacquer lost from the robe, it is in excellent condition.

This late19th Century Japanese Imari (Aka-e) vase is 7 ½ high and
3 Ύ at its widest part. It depicts cherry blossoms and orchids in two sections, fruit (peach or persimmon) and some unknown flowers are painted on the rest of body. There are three small butterflies painted on the rim.
Aside from a few blisters and smudged color due to firing, it is in excellent condition.

This pair of carved ivory emperor and empress are early 20th century export pieces. The emperor is 14 Ό high with base (without base, it is 12 5/8 high), 2 ½ wide and 2 thick. The empress is 13 ½ high with base (without base, it is 12 high), 2 ½ wide and 2 thick. The emperor is holding a sword and the empress is holding a Ruyi. The robes are very well carved with dragon and phoenix design. They are in excellent condition.
