Lovely old Saint-Louis Crystal Cordials, in an elegant, ornate cut pattern of starburst, arches and chris-cross in the bowls; six petal cuts at base of bowl; six-sided stems with saw-tooth edges in pattern of "dot and dash," two short cuts, and one long, repeated all the way down the stem; multi-faceted knop at base of stem; multi-point star-cut pattern on underside of foot. Rare find in this glazed terra-cotta piece created during the early years of the factory of Rasmus Peter Ipsen (1815-1860), with the mark of 1850-1870. C Skrękkelig Hus Bas - Lettelse Plaque af Peter Ipsen. Ipsen was a master thrower and opened his factory in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 1843. Documented, made in 1900 (see photo), this beautiful, delicate Bohemian Vase was made by Josephinenhutte, in Schrieberhau, Riesengebirge, in Central Europe. Seltener Böhmischer Josephinenhutte Emaillierter Kunst-Glas-Vase.
