Rare shape and very rare mark. Wonderful Handpainting skill in this beautiful, antique French porcelain plate, double-marked in green underglaze, "T&V France," and orange underglaze bell logo, "T.V. France." Tressemanes & Vogt. was a Limoges, France porcelain maker, and the shape of this piece (chrysanthemum?) is rare and wonderful.
