Pair antique German Master Salts, in elaborate, elegant filigree Sterling Silver, marked with "800," "Germany," the Crown & Crescent, and a maker's mark of "Y." The original blown glass liners. Pair of 19th Century Patch Boxes, or Jars; Sterling Silver, chased lids, both lids without damage. Each marked twice, "Sterling," and "Sterling BENS." Faceted Crystal bases are unmarked; with the exception of one tiny chip to one jar, pictured, they are in superb condition. Both were found packed in a 19th Century trunk among several fine articles from the 1800s. Fine quality, ornate, silverplated Mirror Plateau, with patterned bevel, rose and scroll festooned drape, and 5 inverted fleur de'lis feet. 12.25" (31.11 cm) diameter, 13.75" (34.92 cm) base diameter, 2.25" (5.71 cm) tall. A few minor scratches on the mirror (may be seen in photos), some silver loss, although very nice patina; otherwise excellent condition with no silver loss to mirror at all.
