Early 19th Century Dutch, Netherlands oil on canvas which has been removed from the stretcher and mounted onto panel; note margins where original nails were removed. Het oude Nederlandse Schilderen van de Olie van de Stad door Busch. Signed, lower left, although the linen liner partially covers the signature when assembled. Extremely rare late 19th Century wood Marquetry panel by furniture mosaic artist, Johann-Adelhard (1850-1927), Nuremberg, Germany. The panel contains over 10,000 tiny pieces of differing, natural woods, hand-cut and hand-set to form a picturesque scene of Old Nuremberg called "Hangman's Bridge," or "Henkersteg."
