Small original oil painting on artist board, signed, "Street", lower right corner, by Frank Street (1893-1944), American artist, New York, member of the Woodstock Art Colony association, known for landscapes, portraits, and as an illustrator. Sailboats upon an inland lake (probably around Litchfield, New York), while a large tree acts as sentry in the foreground. Image is 4" x 5.5", framed in wood to 7" x 8.5" x 1". Scrapes to the frame, painting in excellent condition. c. 1920-1940. $10 US Shipping.
