| Two, fine, French Opaline, Art Glass Vases, in Robin's Egg Blue, with a wide neck of gilding, finished with 2 narrow gilded bands, and a similar gilded pattern near the base. Both of these lovely vases are mouthblown; one pontil is completely ground and polished flat; the other has been ground, although it still retains a hint of the original pontil. 6" (15.24 cm) tall, 1.125" (2.85 cm) diameter rim, 1.75" (4.44 cm) diameter base. With the exception of normal wear to the gilding, these are in excellent condition. c. 1880-1900. $15 US Shipping. | |||||||||
