Ca 1920 A stunning platinum ring with 12 diamonds in a millegrain setting. Claw set stones. Total diamond weight is 1.25 carats. The cream-colored pearl measures 9mm. There is minor glue residue at the base of the pearl and the nacre shows light wear, but it is intact. Size 4.5 ~ Weight: 4 grams.
