Circa 40's - 50's Chinese screen featuring ladies carved of various hardstones, said subject matter highlighted by highly iridescent abalone inlay work and lacquer repousse in the background. Verso painted with nice peony floral motif. Measures 36" tall X 40" length. Excellent condition with some green patina on hinges. California local delivery available.
