Diamond color and clarity: Diamonds are examined by an expert in the settings. Without removing the stones from their settings we are only able to approximate color and clarity. This approximation represents our best most accurate opinion. It will be stated when stones have been certified or examined out of the settings.

ABOUT SHIPPING

At the discretion of the management items can be returned for store credit only for up to 30 days. Please note that any item returned after the grace period of five days (from date of delivery) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping and insurance inside the US is included in your purchase price. We ship Federal Express Second Day, Adult Signature Required.

Shipping overseas is via GLOBAL EXPRESS,insured up to $2,500, or by UPS whcih can be insured for any amount. The the cost of shipping outside the United States is not included in the price.

If you wish NEXT DAY or Overnight Express Service, we would be happy to accommodate you. However, you will be charged the actual cost of whatever service you prefer for shipping. Please note that all packages MUST BE INSURED. We cannot ship any other way.

CREDIT CARD PURCHASES

If you are purchasing by credit card, we are required by the credit card company to ship to only the BILLING address of the credit card customer.
