Circa 1890s, Swiss hallmark, signed C. Wurth with 800 fineness stamped in several places on the silver mount. Made in a traditional mannerist form with full figural decorations and rocaille motifs. The glass cutting is among the finest we have ever seen. This piece is in remarkable condition, with light wear to the gilding being the only defect present.
