Antique. Date marked for 1905. Gorham, American. This sterling three handled loving cup or wine cooler is an excellent example of American aesthetic silver. Made by Gorham, it has a fine hammered finish. It has never been monogrammed or buffed, very unusual for this period. It is in crisp excellent condition. HALLMARKS: Marked for Gorham Silver Co., STERLING, A5006, model number and a horseshoe for 1905 as well a an F, probably a control mark. SIZE: 7 1/2" high x 6 1/2" base x 8" with one handle.
