Age and Origin Attribution Age and origin attribution of items is based on our (Bundok Arts') considered opinion, judgment and experience. Payment We (Bundok Arts) accept electronic/wire transfer, bank/cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders. Before we ship, the bank will have to clear the checks/drafts first. We can not accept credit cards yet. Shipping,handling and insurance expense will be in addition to the price of the item quoted in the catalog. E-mail us first for the shipping, handling and insurance cost. For international buyers, wire or fund transfers and Western Union remittance are the preferred forms of payments. Foreign buyers will pay their country's customs fees/duties, if there be any. Payments for items in lay-away or installment plans must be completed within three months of initial payment; otherwise a surcharge fee will be added. After six months following initial payment, items with lay-away or installment payments not fully paid will be charged a re-stocking fee, and the items re-offered for sale. Shipping Bundok Arts strongly recommends that the buyer purchase insurance since we can not be held responsible for the item/s after it/they are shipped. Please contact the shipper directly in case of lost or damaged item. We will gladly help by providing copies of the shipping documentation. Returns In case of returned items, shipping, handling and insurance cost will not be refunded. Items may be returned for a valid reason, such as, the item received does not conform significantly to catalog description and pictures. Item returned for reasons of age and origin concerns should be accompanied by a detailed signed critique by two impartial referees, for example museum curators or specialists of the relevant field. Items returned without a valid reason will be charged a re-stocking fee. All returns should be announced beforehand and accepted by Bundok Arts. Item should be returned within seven days of receipt or at Bundok Arts' discretion, and should be in the same condition as it was shipped. Return shipping, handling, insurance and other return expense will be paid by the buyer. Wholesale Buyers Buyers purchasing items totaling at least US$5,000 get an 8% discount; buyers purchasing items totaling at least US$8,000 get a 12% discount. Additionally, buyers purchasing at least US$8,000 pay only half the shipping, handling and insurance cost. |
