| Beautiful hand made 10k gold pin with floral art nouveau design, c. 1910. It is constructed of a flat background gold layer on top of which is a second hand cut layer. This second layer provides a very beautiful art nouveau floral design with an inscribed name "Elizabeth C.Robinson". The back has another inscription which says "VISITATION CONTENT ST. PAUL JUNE 3,1920" and "10K". There are two tiny holes at the top left and right, which can accept a chain, so can be worn as a necklace. Very good condition. The gold pin and pin holder is original but the lock is not, and seems to be a replacement. The pin( of good weight) measures 1 3/4" wide and 1 3/8" high. It is rare to see period art nouveau pieces that are hand made.....$13 for insured USA shipping plus applicable NY tax. | ||||||
