This is a very old table.Probably 300 years or perhaps older. Possibly MING. The black lacquer is original. The woods are YUMU on the base,humpback stretcher,circles,legs, bamboo edge detailing and spandrels. The floating panel is fruitwood(?).The size is 38 5/8x38 5/8x34 1/4 high.Many times, the size of a piece reveals secrets about a piece; especially a Chinese piece.
