| While this simple stool my not be considered by most to be indicative of a "Period" antique, it is.The date on this little jewel is 1800, plus or minus.It is of mixed woods.The top is of burl wood.Originally. the stool was covered in lacquer,however,the lacquer has long since worn off.The stool has not been stripped,sanded,or scraped.As they used to say in Hong Kong,"a true Antique in the Raw".18x5x14 | |||||||||||||
