It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to CCHILL. The shop is borne from a passion for collecting unique and wonderful things from places I have loved around the world. The place that most captivated me and my soul was Southern Africa. I have no set agenda or preconceived shopping list for my purchasing. I view every item for its possibilities in a home or a garden. I buy what I like, period. The pieces shown here may represent simplicity of form, textural richness, utility , design intricacy, or just plain have-to-have-it fun. Some pieces are old/antique, but all are limited edition or one of a kind. They should be used and enjoyed.
THE GOODS
Shona stone sculpture from Zimbabwe, ceramics, textiles, and ostrich eggs from South Africa,woven grass tabletop from Swaziland-all are part of the CCHILL repetoire. If its handmade,makes you smile to look at it, it's here. Some pieces will take your breath away. Like the Stephen Rolfe Powell glass vase.
