A string rotary Cornet in Eb by Lenhart c.1880. Presented to "James Wineham from his friends." Double spit with flat spring. extension pipe and period MP. Very good condition. Needs re-string. No case.
Thanks to my friend Steve, I was able to put together the horn with the original case. Echo Bell Cornet by Distin #486 in Bb with A attachment. 2MPs, strange music clip, and many lead pipes. All over decorative engravings. Excellent condition. Gold washed bell. Double spit. Pride of my collection. Presentation case to "Wm. Shellard, Keyport, NJ." I even have the key to the case.
Eb Solo Alto Cornet by Boston MIM. This horn is in excellent condition and ready to play except for the finish, which will require some polishing in order to bring out the original beauty. Almost dent free. Valves are working very well. Original case, MP and a useless extension pipe. Make best offer.
String Rotary Cornet in Bb by Boston MIM. Needs repair on 3rd valve string lever and rotor screw. Also, 1st valve crook. Includes case, crook, good extension tube and original MP.
A String Rotary Cornet in Bb in playing condition with original case. MP is Levi Model by Diston. Extension pipe does not fit. All crooks pull and valve action is perfect. All repairs made seem to be professional.
An Eb String Rotary Cornet by Allen, Boston. This horn is in very good condition, needing only a string and lube job. No missing parts and very few dings.
An Eb String Rotary Cornet by Boston MIM in fair-good condition. Needs 2 re-stringings one rotor screw. Excess solder between 1st and 2nd rotor. Dings. Sign of at least one repair on 3rd crook end. Mp included.
An interesting String Rotary Bb Cornet with an attached pigtail (cracked) plus another pigtail. I guess it can be played in Bb or in A. No makers marks. Garland. Includes MP. Good condition.
String Rotary Brass Cornet by "Issec Fiske Maker Woreester Mass" on Garland. Crack on Bell Bow. Loads of solder between 2nd and 3rd rotor. Very odd 3rd valve crook. It's all there, but will need cleanup and patches.
A later SR Cornet by Boston. Note water key and lyre holder. Some plating gone on touches. Needs stringing on 1st valve. Minimal dings. Almost playable as is.
A string Rotary Cornet by Slater, NY, in Bb and A. Almost ready to play. Needs only stringing on 2nd valve and 3 valve screws. Dent on 1st valve crook. Brass lead pipe and bell section with nickle garland. The rest is nickle.
String Rotary Cornet by The Boston Musical Inst Manufy c.1865. In good condition. Valves are dried out and sticky Some dings on large bow and on bell edge. Lead pipe and MP included.
