This is a nice Antique Ericsson AC300 Pillar Telephone with wonderful gold leaf details and a French romantic scene. This desktop phone includes a red button for ringer cut-out and a wall terminal in black with gold leaf stripes. The artwork appears to be a very early decal that was placed over the telephone companies name. I can't find any makers mark, but I was told by a collector that this is an original Ericsson Telephone from 1910-1920 era.
