Fine pair of antique 19th century sheffield silver 3 light candlelabra with Glasgow marks as shown. I believe Scottish lion marks are along the pedestal side. Silver a little worn from age and the warm copper shows through along the ridges. Good detail in the art nouveau design.

About 12" wide and 7" highest. Very good condition. Felt pad on bottom. No bends or dents. Heavy.

A fine English Georgian sterling fish slice, fish lifter or fish knife dated 1821. The sterling blade is reticulated in the shape of fish bones, very meticulously worked. It has London marks, lion, crowned leopard, date code for 1821 (last year of crowned leopard) and makers mark William Eley and Willian Fern. A Royal Worcester oriental Kutani theme square form tea caddy with a pair of foo dogs or lions. Nice finial on the cover and 4 cute little feet. Nice botanical decoration on delicate ivory tone biscuit. Old purple mark of Royal Worcester.

Aynsley made a number of artist signed porcelain. N Brunt painted many wonderful fruit designs. This footed tea cup and saucer set is exceptionally lush with the fruit covering all visible surfaces. The cup foot and the saucer well are entirely in gold. Old Aynsley England mark as shown. Very good condition with no chips or cracks and colors all there.

Cobalt with gold scroll work decorates this gorgeous early Shelley tea cup and saucer set. Fancy foliate rims on this footed cup. Green Shelley shield backstamp as shown. This mark was used shortly after they transitioned from Foley in the 1910s.

3.8 inch cup diameter and 5.75 inch saucer. Fine condition with china and enamel both good.

A beautiful antique Staffordshire moon vase with big flowers done in the Kakiemon style. Wonderful hand decoration and lots of gold. The enamels colors are soft and the gold stem details are thick like with moriage. There is also a nice gold dusting effect. Vase is about 120-150 years old. A partial paper tag says "Moore..." There was a Moore Brothers in Staffordshire 1876-1905 (Kovel Porcelain Marks book).

A glittering set of 12 Wedgwood dinner service plates all encrusted with gold and with molded rim bands. There are more fine detailed gold work on all the decorative medallions. Old Wedgwood England back stamp for Ovington Brothers, a carriage trade retailer long out of business. Circa 1920 when they had multi-course entree's with smaller plates than we use now.

A striking 1839 London sterling teapot with ivory separators by Charles Fox, member of an important 19th century London goldsmith family. This is one of those graceful low bulbous designs with a very pronounced handle and spout which seems to soar, very stable. Nice floral & vine design. An early Victorian period English display cabinet with numerous carved figures and faces, and what I like best, a marvelous classical chariot scene. There is also a woman on a winged steed, hair and mane flying! Many other faces as you can see from the pictures. In fact, the front is all covered with carvings. Writing says "Lady Bridget Osborne", probably in English history or mythology. I believe this is early to mid Victorian, maybe late Georgian. ...click for details
