Flow blue alternates from background to foreground. There is a pattern number in underglaze flow blue and an incised symbol (possibly a letter "T") on the bottom. Neither of these has helped to identify the maker. The shape and style would indicate a date of circa 1900. Overall excellent condition, a fascinating piece. 9.75" high.
