This elegant vintage necklace is made from pre 1980 elephant ivory. It is 24" long and has 43 round beads graduating from 9MM to 16MM at the center. The beads have a creamy finish with a nice cross hatch pattern, and they are interspaced by white glass 3MM beads. The necklace is strung on clear nylon cord and ends in a stainless steel barrel closure. It is in excellent condition.

This unusual sterling silver necklace is unsigned, but obviously the work of a real artisan. It has a heavy guage sterling neck wire meauring 19 1/2" long and the movable pendant is 2 3/8" long x 2 1/8" wide. The positive space of the pendant has a unique sterling, ivory, and ebony pattern, while the negative space has etched and carved designs. It has no markings but has been tested for sterling silver. This beautiful vintage preban elephant ivory necklace has a very substantial look. It measures 15 1/2" from end to end and has 6 strands of beads varying in size from 5.5 to 11MM. It has a center 2 1/2" long x 1 1/4" carved ivory medallion with a 1" long tubular closure. The ivory has a bright white finish with absolutely no yellowing or crazing, and the it has wonderful grain patterns. It is in excellent condition and is guaranteed elephant ivory.
