Haku Maki's limited edition woodblock print titled 71-2 is a superb representation of a Haniwa figure and is eagerly collected. The Clay Haniwa forms were installed in the burial mounds that were built throughout Japan from the Fourth to the Sixth centuries. This framed print is signed Haku Maki in pencil, sealed with a red Maki seal, and is numbered 46/157. The print image measures 4 3/4 X 6 3/4 inches. Poem 71-87 is a deeply embossed, limited edition woodblock print by Haku Maki printed in 1971. The print is signed Haku Maki in pencil, is sealed with a red Maki seal, and is numbered 37/202. The print image measures 7 3/8 X 10 5/8 inches on paper measuring 8 3/4 X 12 inches. The print has a light stain extreme upper right and left corners and light thining in the same places on the obverse side of the print. The image itself is in excellent condition.

The print was previously framed but was tipped to the matboard by the presentation folder. The print is in excellent condition. No condition problems are noted.
