SOLD 

This vase is a vibrant Amethyst purple with a gold gilded band depicting a Roman war scene. It has a polished pontil and a polished rim. The Base is signed in the pontil "made in Czechoslovakia, Moser, karlsbad." The vase is circa 1900 and is in fine condition with no chips or cracks. The vase stands 6 1/2" tall and is about 3 1/4" at its widest.

SOLD 

An extremely fine Art Nouveau period Bohemian crystal to emerald green vase with an enammeled underwater motif of two fish, circa 1910. The fish motif is quite unusual as the fish are rather prehistoric in appearance. In good condition with no chips or cracks on the vase and 99% of the enamel is in great condition. There are 3 tiny scratches in the enamel of the bigger fish right near its gill. The vase stands 8" tall and is just over 3 1/2" wide across the top.

A fine vase made by the Legras firm under their Mont Joye line. The enameled decor depicts a floral motif and stands 10 1/4" high and is 4 1/2" at the base of the vase. Fire polished rim and polished pontil.

A very fine Moser vase in cranberry fading to crystal with a cut Tulip motif. Circa 1910. Exhibits a high degree of skill by the artist in the nature of the deeply cut flowing floral motif cut into the surface of the vase. Standing 7 5/8 inches in height by 3 inches in width.

A superbly crafted vase in the Creta Papillion decor by Loetz, circa 1900. Attributed to Kolomon Moser, the designer of many famous pieces in the Seccesionist period. The outstanding Platinum blue irridescence with a martele finish strongly accentuates the form of this vase. 5 3/4" Tall by 3 1/2" Diameter. Polished pontil and fire polished rim. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The vase may be referenced on www.loetz.com or in BohmischesGlas 1880-1940 by Ricke.
