A Fine Print by the Listed California Artist, Maxine Albro (1893-1966). Albro was a noted WPA Muralist and student of Diego Rivera. Measures about 12" by 15" image size, overall about 14" by 17". Pencil titled and signed.
A Fine Painting by the Listed California Artist, Lillias Waddell (1888-1947). Waddell was a student of Marion Kavanaugh Wachtel. Measures about 12" by 16" in its frame of about 16" by 20". Signed lower left.
A Fine Watercolor by the Listed Artist, Ignatz Sahula-Dycke (1900-82). Measures about 17 1/2" by 14 1/2" matte opening, overall about 25" by 22". Signed lower right. Sahula-Dycke has written something above his signature that I can not read, below his signature is lightly written "Phoenix 1940 Arizona".

A Fine Painting by the Mid Century Texas Architect and Artist, M. Arthur Kotch (1926-1997). Well known as an architect in Houston, Kotch exhibited his art at the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, The Witte in San Antonio and the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts. This watercolor measures about 14 1/2" by 19 1/2" frame opening, overall frame about 18 1/2" by 23 1/2". A Fine Print by the Early Texas Artist, Harry Anthony De Young (1893-1956). De Young was already a well regarded artist and teacher in Chicago and the midwest before moving to San Antonio in 1928. This print, probably a wood or linoleum cut, is titled in pencil "Coastal Trees" numbered 51/100 and signed "H A De Young". Measures about 6 1/4" by 8 1/2" matte opening, overall frame about 11" by 13".

Born in San Antonio, Tylor graduated from the College of Industrial Arts in Denton in 1910, after which she went on to New York and studied with Robert Henri. After traveling to Europe, she returned to Texas after teaching in Canada. She then took a degree in Architecture and Design at the University of Texas, Austin (1915).
