China was made by the PICKARD Company of Antioch, Illinois for EDGERTON CHINA. Pattern is SPRING RHAPSODY, depicting 7 bunches of white flowers with green leaves around the inside rim of the dinner plate and the outer rim is trimmed in platinum.

American decorated porcelain candy dish or relish hand painted at Pickard Studios in Chicago. This dish is hand painted by Paul P. Gasper in the Italian Garden pattern.
MARKING: On the front is the artist signature Gasper. On the back is the black printed mark HAND PAINTED CHINA W PICKARD A on top of a gold painted maple leaf, apparently only used circa 1912 to 1918.
