Extremely fine triple cased sommerso decanter attributed to Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d'Arte, circa 1950s. With a cranberry colored glass core cased inside a layer of vivid blue, cased again inside lavender. The effect of the three layers of colored glass is stupendous. This lovely decanter has a slightly flattened form and stands over 16.25" tall to the top of the stopper. In excellent condition.

Elegant vase by Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d'Arte, circa 1950s. This huge and heavy brown vase bears its original Seguso paper label (see photo). A very similar example is shown in Marc Heiremans' "Art Glass from Murano: 1910 - 1970", on p. 164 (see last photo).
