Important Jewish Silver “Besam” (Spices container) Rome 1747-1787 Silversmith: Giovanni Felice Sanini 14 cm high, 8.3 cm diameter. Marked with Vatican and Silversmith marks on the lid of both pieces. Elegant spherical shape, finely pierced and chased with floral and foliate design, stands on a narrow stem with a circular base with other different decorations.
