Numerous boys in various pursuits covering the exterior and top of each covered bowl, this near pair employs many of the traditional games in the scenic depictions seen on boys bowls and plates during the Qing period, the mouth rims in gilt, the base and top of each with a Tongzhi seal mark in over glaze red and of the period. 4 1/2 in. diam.
Large and finely painted in famille rose with male and female figures in different pursuits in open medallions between Chinese characters, the foliated rim gilded, the interior left unpainted, the glaze pooling neatly at the foot rim, the base with a six character Tonghzi mark and of the period. 8 1/2 in. diam.

Decorated with a bird alighting on florals on one side and a serene mountain landscape scene on the other, each end with a poem in Chinese characters, the interior undecorated, the planter resting on four feet, on the base a four character Tongzhi mark in overglaze red and of the period. 8 1/2 in. long. 6 1/2 in wide.
Well decorated with a floral pattern leaves and tendrils amidst florets, the octagonal shape of the sloping sides with a band of hex design covering the interior to the top of the gilded rim, four medallions of florets on the exterior above a pedestal foot with a band of lotus tendrils, leaves and florets, a six character Tongzhi mark in over glaze red on the base and of the period. 5 1/4 in. across.
Finely potted and painted, a phoenix bird amidst flowering plants, the pedestal with a band of crashing waves, a six character Tongzhi mark and of the period on the base. 8 1/2 in. diam.

Potted to take the shape of a cabbage plant with its leaves, a multicolored butterfly alight on the cabbage flowers, the leaves dark green, the stalks molded and white, the interior and base glazed turquoise, a six character Tongzhi mark on the base. 6 1/4 in. high.
On a deep yellow ground, in the form of a bamboo stalk, the front of each containing a well painted and vibrant multicolored vase with flowers and trellis, a six character Tongzhi mark in overglaze red on one, a six character incised Tongzhi mark on the other, both of the period. 10 1/2 in. high
