Absolutely the cutest veterinary tin that I have had to offer. This sweet tin measures a diminutive 1.75" wide and sports a great image of a horse. The condition is very good with strong paint, a few tiny crimps and faint scratches and slight wear. Not sure of the date though appears to be from the 1940s.

$365.00

Dr. Daniels Veterinary Medicines, cabinets, and advertising of Boston, Massachusetts, rank among the most sought after items within the Veterinary Collectibles field!

This fabulous, circa 1890's, Dr. Daniels Home Remedies case is an exceptional offering!

The printing on the handle and the painted label on the top of the lid make this oak medicine chest quite special.

The case measures approximately 13"L x 7"W x "H and formerly housed medicines, a thermometer, a medicine doser, metal and glass syringes, and a Dr. Daniels manual on treating farm animals.

The wooden case is in very nice condition sporting nickel plated brass edge guards and handle. The top of the lid has a painted label, and the case's finish shows an appropriate patina and signs of wear commensurate with its use. The top of the lock is missing.

A rarely found Dr. Daniels collectible!

Great graphics often help sell a product in today's marketplace and this is no exception.

Roll back the clock to the early 1900s and imagine buying this tin. Talk about an instant classic! Not sure if the claims on the label were legitimate, but if they weren't, the owner had a great tin to display beside his sick horse!

The image speaks for itself. The labeling mentions the word 'cure' as well as the 1906 "Food and Drug Act". There are various unobtrusive dings and crimps and faint areas of surface rust commensurate with a vintage tin. It is empty and measures 7.25 inches high.

An absolute standout and must for any tin collector!
