Rare oval conference table designed by Florence Knoll for Knoll Associates circa 1961. The table is comprised of a heavy gauge welded steel frame, post and 4-star legs. The marble top carries the classic knife-edge bevel and displays white gray vein mixed with a few lines of earthentone colored or "gold" vein. Magnificent patinated and gilt bronze table of neo-classical style, from a model attributed to Bagues. The X-shaped patinated bronze structure (acier bleui) with gilt bronze stylized corinthian columns and feets finials with chased ibex hoof feets. The table top is in old patinated glass. Splendid table lamp in white hand blown glass, lacquered metal base, by Max Ingrand, Fontana Arte, made in Italy, c. 1970's. Double switch allows base and shade to be illuminated independently. Very good condition except one little chip and some wears on the lower rim of the shade (invisible when the lamp is assembled). Dimensions: 29.1/2in.(75cm) high.
