This colorful group of hand made molas (AK140 thru AK151) came from blouses made and worn by the Kuna Indians of San Blas Islands off the coast of Panama. Probably all made in the late 20th century, not one is thought to date earlier than 1990. Each in very good cleaned but un-ironed condition, all have the typical somewhat rough and unfinished edges where visible layering can be easily determined.
