This is very cute and traditional Japanese Kimono fabric. At first, I only thought about fragments of Japanese patterns. But then I saw that they were artistic Japanese gift boxed ornated with special knottings! i think it was meant to be boxes made with Kimono fabric like Japanese crazy quilt. This is very elegant, subtle silk from brand new bolt of Kimono fabric. Fabric is crisp silk, I haven't seen these silks for a long time.
