Wonderful, whimsical little sparrow-like clear crystal bird made by the Steuben Glass Company in 1963. It is the Song Bird #8112. Scribed on the bottom Steuben. Measures about 4 3/4 inches long by 2 3/4 inches tall and 2 inches wide.

This is a beautiful piece of rose colored agate that has been carved into a seal that has caught a fish in his mouth. The seal is attached to a green agate base using bee’s wax. It is not signed. The little sculpture measures about 2 1/2 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide and 2 3/4 inches tall (including the plinth).

The yellow color of this piece of crystal art glass is vibrant. The shape is oval or elliptical with a gentle swirl around both sides. The mortar and pestle are heavy in weight and in excellent condition. It has an artist’s name scribed on the bottom, but I cannot decipher it. Measures about 4 1/2 inches by 6 inches by 2 1/2 inches tall. The glass is about 1/2 inch thick.

COUNTRY CHURCH: Miniature Oil Painting by Evelyn Baumgardner This is an excellent miniature painting on board. I think it is an oil painting. Very fine brushwork. Painted and signed by Evelyn Baumgardner. Image measures 3 1/2”W x 3”T. Frame measures 5”W x 4 1/2”T x 1 1/4”D. Condition of the painting is excellent; the frame has some minor wear.

Beautiful Balsa Wood Fish. This is hand carved and hand painted by an artisan in the Mid-West back in the 1980s. It measures about 7 1/2" long and has a steel shot eye. Nice green paint with rainbow overtones. The back is marked: "Balsa Wood. Ochroma Lagopus." -- the latter is just the Latin botanical name for balsa wood. Excellent condition.
