This wonderful pair stands 9-3/4" tall and they have applied moonstone-like glass jewels along the neck and base. The mounts are gold painted, as is the top edge and the edges of the steppes. The colour is a pale pastel blue/grey with subtle translucence, and this pair is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or damage other than the loss of one moonstone jewel and some minor losses to the gold on the upper edges. $50

A lovely Stevens & Williams type or style 19th century cased glass basket bowl or vase with applied flowers. This unusual flower vase has a nicely articulated twig applied amber glass handle, and the basket bowl is a partially cranberry interior with white casing, except for the amber edge. It has ornate finely detailed applied amber glass flower, and the leaves are veined and textured and they are amber with splashes of cranberry and emerald green colour. The flower is superbly detailed and stands a full 1-1/2" out from the surface of the vase. It has a free-standing molded stamen in the center. The basket is 7-3/4" tall, and it has a polished pontil. It is in fair condition with no cracks, repairs or major damage other than the loss of one pleat on the upper edge ruffle and the loss of four petals on the flower on one side. These complex Victorian art glass pieces are quite fragile and this one is has a nice appearance despite its losses and shows well. It has no mark and as many glass firms produced decorative glass baskets of this calibre and style, we cannot definitely attribute it to a specific manufacturer. Shipping starts at $19 to the US, insured is higher. We ship internationally, and all prices are in $US.

$175

An attractive 19thC American (or Canadian) pattern or pressed glass stoppered decanter with what appears to be an double leaf motif (one over the other) not dissimilar to a maple leaf. This 9-1/2" tall (with stopper) blown-mould decanter retains its original stopper; the detail and relief are sharp and well defined, and this unusual piece, whose maker and pattern unknown to us, is in excellent original condition with no cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than some chips to the bottom of the stopper (see image). We would be happy to add the name of the pattern if any knowledgeable glass person would care to drop us an email. Although we aren't sure of the pattern name, we are sure this is antique pattern glass - it is guaranteed to be vintage glass and not a reproduction. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted. Surface shipping starts at $16 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card. We do ship internationally. All of our prices are in $US.
