Very, very rare. This bracelet is from circa 1880, yet it is amazing how current and modern it looks. Victorian 18K yellow gold bracelet with large carnelian medallion clasp. The flexible 18k gold link bracelet detaches from the clasp entirely-- there was probably another piece that went to this clasp at one time. Bracelet and clasp are securely linked together by a safety chain. Carnelian stone in the clasp measures 35mm high by 20mm wide.
