This marvelous 13 piece Limoges game set, one platter and twelve plates, consists of plates that incorporate four different types of wild bird scenes . All of which are surrounded by gilted edges and flower designed handles. All pieces are hallmarked with a green crown printed underneath it is “L.R.L. Limoges . This is a cobalt blue fish set by Theodore Haviland, Limoges, circa 1903. The set includes 12 plates and a platter, and is factory decorated with a different scene on each plate. Each piece is signed by the artist, J. Martin. One plate has a chip, and the platter has a repair on the base. The plates are 9" in diameter, and are 1" tall. The platter is 1 1/2" tall, 23 1/2" wide, and 9 3/4" deep. The plates and platter together weigh 12 1/2 pounds.

This is a fish set by H&C Haviland, Limoges, circa 1900. The set includes 11 plates and a large platter, made in France. They are white porcelain with gilded fish designs. The plates measure 8 1/2" in diameter, and the platter measures 24" wide by 10" tall. All together the set weighs approximately 16 pounds. They are marked on the back with "H&C" in green underglaze.
